eXp Realty operates in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, and more than 20 additional countries worldwide. You can join eXp from virtually anywhere — and you can choose your sponsor based on the support you want, not where they’re located.
What are the fees to join eXp Realty in Canada?
The startup fee is $199 CDN, followed by a $139/month cloud brokerage fee. Per transaction, agents pay a $29 broker review fee and a $17 risk management fee with a $200 annual cap. There are no desk fees, franchise fees, or royalty fees.
Is eXp a good fit for new agents?
Yes. eXp’s Mentoring Program pairs newly licensed agents with a certified mentor. Beyond that, the sponsor you choose plays a big role in how supported you feel day-to-day, so it’s worth choosing someone who aligns with how you want to learn and grow.
Do I need an active real estate licence to join?
